Upgrade for the Easy platform & product launch in September

We have been working on various innovations over the past few months and are delighted to now be able to introduce them into our systems. This major upgrade includes both the overhaul of the Easy Platform and the introduction of our brand-new Easy Calling product. The extensive upgrade will be carried out from September 5 to 7, 2025. Our goal is to make our products as simple and efficient as possible. With the new upgrade, we have been able to implement many customer requests, which we are particularly pleased about!

Platform upgrade and new product: What happens when?

From Friday, September 5, at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, September 7, at midnight (GMT+2), we will be updating the Easy Platform to a new version. At the same time, we will also be introducing our new Easy Calling product. During this period, some of our systems will be unavailable. We have deliberately chosen the weekend to minimize the impact on daily business operations.

What’s new on the Easy Platform after the upgrade?

The Easy Platform is particularly important for product administrators. On the Easy Platform, you can manage your TwinCap First products and configure settings. With the new platform version, we are introducing a number of exciting features that will make your work easier and increase efficiency:

  • Overview: We have made the platform clearer and more modern. On the homepage, you can see all the products you have licensed. With one click, you can access the settings for each product. We have also partially adapted the design of the products themselves and made them more modern.
  • Efficiency: In addition to the general “Easy Platform,” you now also have access to “My Easy Platform,” where you can configure your personal settings, which are then applied across all products. For example, if you customize your email templates on “My Easy Platform,” the changes will be applied to all your products. You can also find all documentation for your products on “My Easy Platform.” Of course, it is still possible to configure individual products.
  • Simplicity: The Easy Platform is now much simpler. The settings are intuitive, and a wizard will guide you through more complex adjustments starting in September. Desired changes can be made with just a few clicks – no specific knowledge is required to configure our software products.

By the way: With the upgrade, our products can no longer only be used within Microsoft Teams. They will also work in the browser and as a “progressive web app.” This means you can also use the products separately from Microsoft Teams, for example on a second screen. However, Microsoft Teams must be open in the background for the products to work.

And what can the Easy Calling product do?

Easy Calling is a simple and compact contact center for Microsoft Teams. With our new product, your hotline in Microsoft Teams will be a breeze!

Call management and real-time monitoring

Easy Calling allows you to manage calls efficiently and flexibly. The system automatically forwards incoming calls based on availability and defined rules. Integrated queues with waiting time meters ensure fast and targeted support for callers. The live call dashboard gives you a constant overview of active calls, queues, and the current status of all agents. You can also track call duration and call patterns in real time—and immediately identify where action is needed.

Notification system and voicemail functions

Easy Calling keeps employees up to date at all times. Adaptive Cards deliver interactive notifications directly in Microsoft Teams – clearly displayed in the activity feed. Receive instant notifications for incoming calls, new recordings, or available call summaries with transcripts and notes. Voicemails are also easy to set up and manage: set up personalized greetings for different scenarios and access stored voicemails at any time. This allows you to remain responsive and well-organized at all times.

Comprehensive configuration options and the highest security standards

With Easy Calling, call processes are tailored precisely to your requirements. Set up multiple call queues, assign specific roles to agents, and design audio messages for greetings or waiting times. At the same time, you can reliably secure your data and processes: assign role-based access rights and log all activities seamlessly. Easy Calling combines maximum flexibility with maximum security and complete transparency.
