Combining presence status with custom views is an efficient way to see which of your colleagues is available at any given time in a clear and organized manner. For example, you can group your contacts by department and thus have a real-time overview of their availability.

For example, you can filter users from your organization by department and display them filtered or grouped by department. Save your search or filter configuration in a custom view, which you can then access at any time.
See the team’s presence and user photo in internal Microsoft 365 contacts. Start a Teams call, video call or chat directly.
Dial phone numbers with a single click. Initiate the writing of an e-mail and also display locations directly on Google Maps with a single click on the address. You can also view company-specific contact information (attributes from CRM/ERP systems) if you have integrated a CRM/ERP with Easy Directory.
Synchronize your contacts from different sources directly into your personal Outlook contact folder.
This means that you can use the contacts wherever you have Outlook installed, e.g. on an iPhone or Android device. The contacts will always be up to date in your Outlook.
If you maintain additional contact attributes in Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) or in one of your third-party systems (e.g. an ERP/CRM), you can also integrate these (up to 10 attributes each) in Easy Directory.

The extended version includes all the features of the standard version. In addition, the extended version of Easy Directory offers the option of integrating your third-party ERP or CRM systems and adding additional custom attributes (Azure AD & Exchange Online Attributes).
Our proven add-on Contact Synch can be used for this (separate, chargeable product). After installation and configuration, these contacts are then also available via Easy Directory. Please contact us if you would like to integrate third-party systems into your Easy Directory.
There are several ways to purchase Easy Directory or to test it for 30 days. Please note that you need an admin consent (corresponding administrative authorization) from a Microsoft 365 administrator in your tenant to use it. You can find more information on installation and configuration here.
