Dial phone numbers with a single click. Initiate the writing of an e-mail and also display locations directly on Google Maps with a single click on the address. You can also view company-specific contact information (attributes from CRM/ERP systems) if you have integrated a CRM/ERP with Easy Directory.

Synchronizing contacts

Synchronize your contacts from different sources directly into your personal Outlook contact folder.

This means that you can use the contacts wherever you have Outlook installed, e.g. on an iPhone or Android device. The contacts will always be up to date in your Outlook.

User-defined additional attributes

If you maintain additional contact attributes in Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) or in one of your third-party systems (e.g. an ERP/CRM), you can also integrate these (up to 10 attributes each) in Easy Directory.

For example, you can integrate customer numbers, contact persons, dates or other information attributes that you need for your business into Easy Directory. (*)

Easy Directory

Test Easy Directory free of charge for 30 days

There are several ways to purchase Easy Directory or to test it for 30 days. Please note that you need an admin consent (corresponding administrative authorization) from a Microsoft 365 administrator in your tenant to use it. You can find more information on installation and configuration here.

  1. Open Easy Directory directly in the Microsoft Teams App Store
  2. Open Easy Directory directly in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center and configure the app for your organization

Please find below information on the costs of the Easy Directory solution

How is the price model structured?
  • The pricing model is a “tiered” model, i.e. the more licenses purchased, the cheaper it gets.
  • Licenses are concurrent, i.e. the app measures the number of users active at the same time.
  • An active user receives a license when they use the app for the first time. This license is then considered “active” for 30 days. If the user does not use the app, the license becomes available again for the next user.
  • You can manage the subscription via the Easy Directory Subscription Portal or via the Microsoft Admin Center.
  • Payments are processed via Microsoft
  • The app can be tested for free for 1 month
  • Payment options vary depending on the country/tenant, but are mainly standard credit cards.

Important notice for Microsoft Teams users

Please note that your users must be configured for Microsoft Teams PSTN calls to be able to use the full functionality of Easy Directory and to initiate PSTN calls directly. Check out our offers for Teams Direct Routing.
