How is the pricing model structured?
  • The pricing model is a “tiered” model, i.e. the more licenses are purchased, the cheaper it becomes
  • Licenses are “concurrent”, i.e. the app measures the simultaneously active users
  • An active user receives a license the first time they use the app, this then counts as “active” for 30 days, if they do not use the app, the license is released again for the next user
  • You can manage the subscription via the Easy Directory subscription portal or via the Microsoft Admin Center
  • The app can be tested free of charge for 1 month
  • Payment options depend on the country/tenant, but mainly common credit cards, SEPA and by invoice/bank
