With this solution you can use your Teams landline number to make calls directly from your iPhone or Android device without the Teams app.
Easy Mobile Connect is an extension of your existing Microsoft Teams phone number that allows you to make calls directly from your mobile device. You keep your Teams phone number and can make all calls (including internal Teams calls) directly from your mobile device without having to use the Teams app for calls.
*Easy Mobile Connect can only be used by customers who use the TwinCap First Teams direct routing solution.
Easy Mobile Connect is the solution for you if you are on the road a lot and want to handle all your calls via Microsoft Teams without having to give up the advantages of your iPhone or Android device.

Employees who do not want to give out their mobile numbers to customers but still want to ensure that they can be reached on their cell phones

Employees in noisy environments who want to set their own “loud” ringtone, as this is not possible with the Teams Mobile app.

Please note: Due to Microsoft requirements, the solution can only be used by customers who use our Teams telephony service.

Are you already using our Teams telephony? Then you are ready to start right away.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Easy Mobile Connect only works if your company uses us to make calls to the public network via Teams. This is a requirement from Microsoft.
There are three zones:
Easy Mobile Connect uses the Teams SIP gateway to become a second phone for your Teams account. You pair it with our Teams app and your Microsoft account.
Once your eSIM has been created, you simply scan a QR code with your cell phone and the eSIM is installed.
The above devices are supported. In principle, however, all devices with E-SIM support can be used, but we do not support them in the event of any problems.
An e-SIM is activated for a period of one year and can be canceled in writing with a notice period of 30 days. However, it can be deactivated at any time, although costs will still be incurred.
Users who answer calls with our solution benefit from the same call functions as a normal Teams Phone user during a call.
* requires that compliance call recording is implemented in the tenant and the user policy is enforced. Since the Teams app does not need to be installed on the mobile device, the presence-based call function is not available if only Easy Mobile Connect is used without the Teams app as a companion.
If you have activated Easy Mobile Connect and the Teams app on the same phone, the phone will ring twice.
You can choose where you want to reply from. If you do not want this behavior, you can disable notifications in the mobile Teams app.
