We are a 100% cloud and consulting company based in Wallisellen, Switzerland. We specialize in the realization of exciting and challenging IT projects, as well as the development of innovative products and services for and within the Microsoft cloud. Those working a full workload are entitled to 25 days’ vacation. Please be aware that we are usually closed over the Christmas and New Year period. Please note that, depending on the year, a few additional days may be added.
Two-thirds of the pension fund contributions are paid by us. You are insured against accidents in the private ward. The daily sickness benefit provides 100% of your salary for the first month, then 80% of the insured salary for 720 days.
As a frequent traveller, you will receive a 1st class GA travelcard from the SBB, which will entitle you to free travel on most public transport in Switzerland.
Our offices are situated in Wallisellen, in the Richti Areal, directly opposite the Glattzentrum. The premises are easily accessible by car and public transport. We are pleased to offer you a modern infrastructure.
You won’t go thirsty with us. We know that coffee is important to you, so our Nespresso is free for everyone. The same applies to water (with/without).
We will provide you with a Microsoft Surface laptop, which will enable you to work without any problems. In addition, you will receive a mobile subscription and a range of cutting-edge technologies to enhance your daily life.
All certification costs for various manufacturers will be covered, as will the time required to prepare for the certification.
Should you wish to pursue further training, we would be happy to employ you on a reduced working hours basis and, by arrangement, to help finance your further training.
On a monthly basis, we convene for an in-house meeting with the objective of exchanging ideas. You are also invited to join us for lunch.
All employees will be provided with a company credit card to cover any expenses and fees. Therefore, there is no need for any pre-financing.
Our company does not adhere to a set schedule of office hours, allowing employees the flexibility to work from home when necessary. The ratio of time spent working from home to time spent working in the office varies depending on the tasks and work involved. It is typically 40/60 or 50/50.
