About us – our history in stages!
TwinCap First AG was established in the third quarter of 2014 in Glattbrugg, near Zurich. Despite its recent inception, the company benefits from the collective expertise of its employees, who have been engaged in the IT sector for over two decades.
We are pleased to announce the relocation of our company to the Richti district, in close proximity to the Glattzentrum in Wallisellen. This move allowed us to occupy new, larger, and more modern office premises.
TwinCap First AG has been named a Gold Partner in multiple disciplines by Microsoft for the first time.
Following the introduction of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, which enables users to make calls to the public network, we were pleased to be able to offer our customers the first subscriptions and solutions. We are the first provider in Switzerland to offer a shared SBC platform in conjunction with Teams.
Since 2021, we have also been operating a subsidiary, TwinCap First (Deutschland) GmbH, in Albstadt.
We are pleased to announce the successful launch of Easy Call Report, a Teams add-on for missed call queues. The product has become our best-selling item to date.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Easy Lookup service. This new offering enables caller identification in Microsoft Teams in conjunction with customer-specific data sources.
After a period of considerable evolution, Microsoft is implementing changes to its partner model. We are pleased to announce that we are one of the first partners to fulfil all the requirements in several designations from the outset.
We are pleased to offer Easy Directory, a native Teams app, in the Microsoft Marketplace. This application provides users with the ability to utilize a range of data sources with contacts directly within the Teams app.
The popular Microsoft Teams add-on is undergoing further enhancements and is equipped with a range of new features.
TwinCap First AG celebrated its 10th anniversary on 7 May 2024. We are already looking forward to celebrating our next decade in business.
In September 2024, we launched an E-SIM service in Switzerland and Germany. This enables customers to utilize Microsoft Teams phone numbers directly on their mobile devices. Microsoft Teams represents a convergence of fixed and mobile networks.
In September 2024, the time has come for us to move again. Our office space has become too small and we are therefore moving to larger premises in the Richtiareal.
In 2024, we will also be working on a few exciting innovations in the area of teams, and we will be working on an ISO 27001 certification until Q4-2024. Follow our blog to find out more!
