TwinCap First offers a simple solution with Microsoft 365 Contact Sync that addresses the most common problems. Contacts can be synchronized from a central location to individual mailboxes as required. All employees are automatically synchronized from Microsoft 365 and are always available on their mobile devices.
Another solution is to use Contact Synch in combination with our team phone book Easy Directory. This involves transferring contacts to one or more shared mailboxes in Microsoft 365. These shared mailboxes can then be made available in Easy Directory, allowing the user access to centrally managed contacts.
Billing is based on users (minimum 10 users) who receive synchronised addresses (per month in CHF or EUR). For customers with more than 250 users, we can provide individual pricing. Please note that there are additional costs for more than 20,000 synchronisation processes.

This is fully possible. However, as the contact data (telephone number, addresses, email, etc.) must be read from Entra ID and not from a database, synchronisation requires additional rights. These extended rights are assigned via an Azure app.
You can use the synchronised data on Windows, Mac and Linux. The easiest way to do this is with the Microsoft client applications Outlook and Teams. However, it can also be used with standard ActiveSync clients.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Only mailboxes that are within Microsoft 365 can be synchronised. If you are running a hybrid installation, all mailboxes located on Microsoft 365 can be synchronised.
The contact data can be provided in any compatible form, e.g. SQL / Oracle DB, Azure AD, CSV, XML, TXT etc. Direct access via the Internet is required to access your data. Direct queries to databases (SQL/Oracle etc.) increase flexibility. You also have the option of sending us an e-mail with an XLSX file to make the data available.
No account and therefore no direct password is required. Synchronisation takes place with modern Azure apps that work with keys (tokens).
The authorisation is minimised to the corresponding requirements (read rights to the minimum user attributes with group query, write rights to the contact objects of all users)
Yes, you can use dynamic or static groups to determine which users should receive which contact data.
