Our company was founded around ten years ago, in 2014, with one vision in mind: to support companies on their journey into the digital future with the help of the Microsoft Cloud. Today, we look back with pride and gratitude on a decade full of challenges, successes and valuable experiences.
In 2014, when cloud technologies were still uncharted territory for many companies, we decided to take this bold step. With a handful of dedicated employees and a clear goal of helping companies get started with the Microsoft Cloud, we laid the foundations for the company we are today.
The first few years were anything but easy: we had to assert ourselves against established competitors, build trust and at the same time keep abreast of the latest technological developments. But our enthusiasm for the Microsoft Cloud and the trust of our first customers drove us forward.

In September 2024, we reached an important milestone: the move to a larger, more modern and brighter office at Richtiring 26, 8304 Wallisellen. This new location offers us more space to further develop our innovative cloud solutions and expand our team.

At the same time, we have comprehensively modernized our online presence for Twincap First’s 10th anniversary. Our new website twincapfirst.ch presents our comprehensive range of services to support your digital transformation in a clear structure. The content is not only available in German, but also in English for our international clientele.
The highlights of this year also include the further development of our Microsoft Teams add-ons. Solutions such as Easy Directory, Easy Call Report and Contact Sync have established themselves as indispensable tools for making communication and work processes more efficient.
We have also introduced Easy Mobile Connect, a new product that improves the mobility and accessibility of Teams users. It allows Teams calls to be answered directly on the cell phone without the Teams app having to be installed. Customers can use Teams phone numbers directly on a mobile device – a seamless convergence of landline and mobile.
We are also proud to have received our ISO 27001:2022 certification in December 2024. Among other things for the development and operation of our own SaaS solutions. The globally applied standard for the certification of an information security management system is ISO/IEC 27001, which aims to ensure the protection of information based on an analysis of business risks relating to confidentiality, integrity and availability and is audited and certified annually by external auditors.
