With our innovative console, you can optimize your calls in Microsoft Teams. The console is seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Teams –  you can answer, process and document calls quickly and easily.

Microsoft Teams telephony on its own offers hardly any functions for call handling. There is no caller identification, no call history, and no visibility into employee presence during a call. There is also a lack of office functionalities such as creating tasks, saving contacts, entering notes or sending e-mail notifications. The Easy Console makes call handling in Microsoft Teams much easier.

Individual presence views

You can group the employees in your company into clear views and immediately see who is available – for smooth internal communication. With just one click, you can also start direct calls, open chats or use a predefined email template to communicate a callback request. This keeps your team always connected and efficient.

Caller history at a glance

Find out who the caller spoke to last time and quickly find the right internal contact for your caller. You can also create Microsoft Outlook and Planner tasks or enter contacts directly from the ongoing call to avoid losing important information. Phone numbers, dates and other relevant data are automatically transferred and inserted.

If your caller has already called your company by using a call queue number (Easy Call Report requirement), you can see who they spoke to last time. With one click you can also see the details of the this call.

Easy Console

Create Planner or Microsoft Outlook tasks and enter contacts

You can create a Planner Task or a personal Outlook Task during the call. Information from the call is transferred directly to the task.

Thanks to the Easy Console, you can also save a caller as a contact. With one click (Create Contact), the dialog opens with the number filled in and you immediately create an Outlook contact.

How does the trial version work?
  • After purchase, you will receive an e-mail with an installation manual. The tenant activation will take place immediately
  • You can configure Easy Console yourself via our new Easy Platform configuration portal
  • However, you need a Teams Admin account for your tenant
  • The first 30 days are always a trial period, i.e. the invoice is not issued until after 30 days, during which time you can cancel at any time

 

Is there a minimum contract period

The minimum contract period is 12 months (after the trial period of 30 days has expired)

How can I purchase Easy Console?

You have several options for purchasing Easy Console. The Basic version is available directly via our website or via Appsource from Microsoft.

  • The first 30 days are a trial period, i.e. the invoice is not issued until after 30 days. You can cancel at any time during the 30-day trial period
  • Please note that you need an admin to set it up
  • You need at least Teams Administrator authorization to configure the Easy Console
  • The tenant must have activated the “in app experience” feature (available globally from approx. March 2025)
Are the functions also available for outgoing calls?

No, at the moment the above functions are only available for incoming calls. We are working with Microsoft on a solution for outgoing calls.

Is it possible to integrate customer relationship management (CRM)?

At the moment, CRM integration is not yet directly possible.
