The challenge: several countries, one provider?

The group was looking for a reliable provider that could provide regional phone numbers for all of the group’s locations (including Switzerland, Germany, the USA, Canada, Spain and Poland).

Furthermore, as few providers as possible, or just one, should be chosen for the integration of the team telephony in order to simplify the operation and support of the solution and to save costs.

The Mimacom Flowable Group was already a customer of TwinCap First in the Microsoft 365 and Azure area.

The Mimacom Flowable Group has opted for a centralized telephony solution based on Microsoft Teams and has chosen TwinCap First as its partner.

TwinCap First operates SBC platforms in Microsoft Azure data centers in Asia, Europe and North America. This enables TwinCap First to offer customized flat rates and regional phone numbers in over 60 countries worldwide as a telecommunications provider.

TwinCap First offers a full range of services, from needs assessment to implementation of the team configuration in the customer’s tenant. From SIP trunking to porting to numbers.

With Teams Direct Routing with TwinCap First, the Mimacom Flowable Group was able to quickly and cost-effectively implement a global telephony solution. This Teams telephony solution enables efficient and seamless communication across all international locations. The advantages for Mimacom are manifold:

• Management of multiple locations: By using the TwinCap First telephony infrastructure, locations in multiple countries can be managed by a single provider and new locations can be easily integrated.
• A global billing model: Using a global billing model simplifies cost planning and billing and creates synergies (sharing of channels and flat rates)
• Central point of contact: A single point of contact for support questions or problem cases simplifies communication compared to a solution with multiple providers in different countries
