Missed calls mean lost sales: Here’s how to get them back
The phone rings. Once. Twice. Three times. Then silence. The caller has hung up. For you, it may have been just a brief buzz ...

Fast communication is crucial when dealing with customers these days. When a customer calls your company and asks to be called back, the employee responsible must respond to this request as quickly as possible. Ideally, the “callback request” should be forwarded by the call recipient directly during the call. This transfer of information during a phone call directly within Microsoft Teams is now possible: thanks to the new Easy Console from TwinCap First.
The Add-on for Microsoft Teams Easy Console makes it possible to send an e-mail with information directly from a call. Thanks to the integration in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), this can be sent seamlessly to all internal contacts.
But why is it even necessary to send e-mails directly from Microsoft Teams? Calls often involve tasks that require immediate follow-up:
Without our simple solution, sending e-mails from Microsoft Teams calls is inefficient. You have to enter addresses, write a text and send emails manually. This takes time and leads to errors.
Watch the short video and learn how you can easily send emails with predefined templates from a Microsoft Teams call:
A highlight of the Easy Console are the predefined templates for even easier e-mailing. You can create personal or team-wide e-mail templates directly in the Easy Platform app and configure them according to your wishes. You can even create multilingual templates if your company operates in different language areas. This is useful for standardized communication in international teams. The Easy Console is ideal for customer support, internal notifications or simplified internal communication.
The Easy Console uses the following customizable variables, which are automatically inserted into the e-mail:
Watch the short video to find out how easy it is to configure your email templates:
The Easy Console makes internal communication more efficient. Thanks to the Quick Actions function, e-mails can be sent directly from a Microsoft Teams call. You can also chat with or call an internal employee during an active call (the customer is “on hold” in the meantime). No switching between apps, no loss of information. We are also working on the possibility of forwarding a call – more on this soon.
By the way: thanks to the availability views in Easy Console, you can always see immediately who is currently available or busy within your team. And you can sort your team by department or define them in favorites – so you can react quickly and find your contacts easily.
The Easy Console saves time, reduces errors and ensures that all relevant information is communicated completely and consistently. The overview of your team, predefined templates and automatic variables make communication efficient and error-free. Companies benefit from smooth collaboration, faster processes and increased productivity.
