In addition, a handy help button is available directly on the platform. With just one click, you can access the relevant documentation, copy important information such as your tenant, or contact support directly if necessary. This means you get help exactly where you need it – quickly and easily.

The Easy Platform has now received a comprehensive upgrade. It continues to be aimed at administrators who manage products centrally. At the same time, the platform has been expanded to include “My Easy Platform” – specifically for end users who make personal settings for their daily work. Both the Easy Platform and the My Easy Platform extension provide important documents to assist with installation and configuration. While the Easy Platform covers general settings (for administrators), the My Easy Platform (for end users) allows for individual customization of the TwinCap First add-ons.

My Easy Platform: Your personal control center

In addition to the Easy platform, which, as described above, only administrators of the individual products have access to, there is now also the My Easy Platform extension. This is for the end users of our Easy products and makes our add-ons more personal than ever before.

On the “My Easy Platform”, you can now centrally define your own settings for all your Easy products. This means you no longer have to adjust configurations individually, but can do them all in one place. That applies to favorites lists, e-mail templates, personal views, and settings for Microsoft Planner.

This creates a personal work environment that is tailored exactly to you. Your preferences remain stored, regardless of whether you are working with Easy Calling, Easy Directory, or another product.
