We are pleased to present the latest version of Easy Directory! This version marks an important milestone, as we have worked hard on numerous improvements and new features to make your work more efficient and enjoyable.

Right at the start: Important dates for Easy Directory 2.0

Easy Directory 2.0 will be rolled out worldwide on January 03, 2025. Before that, you will have the opportunity to test a public beta version from December 09, 2024. This without affecting the functions of Easy Directory 1.0. Your users can continue to work as usual.

Easy Directory 2.0 Migration & customization permissions

Please note that both Easy Directory 2.0 and the newly available configuration backend for the administrator require additional permissions in your tenant. Together with the beta release on Monday, December 09, 2024, we will send you links to the authorization release (including details on the authorizations). For the authorization release you need a user account with global administration rights for your tenant. If possible, please carry out the authorization release before the release date of Friday, 03 January 2025, so that your company is optimally prepared.

With the release of Easy Directory 2.0, you have the option of migrating from version 1.0 to version 2.0. A wizard will support you so that the migration is completed within a few minutes. Here too, you must have administrative access.

In the new version of Easy Directory, we have integrated numerous improvements and new functions to make your work more pleasant. The user interface has a modern design that is not only visually appealing, but also simplifies navigation. This means you can access all functions quickly and find your way around even more easily. The new functions include, among other things, the integration of an administrator platform, which enables you to carry out the complete administration and configuration of Easy Directory.

In the feature table below you will find an overview of all the new features of Easy Directory 2.0. At the same time, we have optimized the performance of the software, resulting in shorter loading times and an overall smoother user experience. We have also laid the foundation for a number of other innovations in the future.

All products in the Easy product line from TwinCap First will be able to work together even better in the future.
