We are pleased to announce an exciting new feature that is available to our customers with immediate effect: Our new license mailer for Microsoft and Adobe licenses. The clever solution for more transparency, control and service. Microsoft has recently increased its prices again – which has led to many questions and uncertainties. Companies only have the opportunity to cancel or adjust their licenses with Microsoft once a year. There is also often no overview of the notice periods and license conditions. We would like to offer our customers a license overview and optimum support. The offer applies to all companies that purchase their Microsoft and/or Adobe licenses from us.

What does the new TwinCap First license mailer offer?

For a fixed annual price of CHF 200.00 you receive:

Monthly license overview by e-mail: Keep track of all your company’s licenses – easily and automatically. Every month you receive a structured overview of the products currently in use and their license status.

Including support for queries, changes & adjustments: Whether queries, configuration requests or minor adjustments – with the subscription, all expenses relating to our products are already covered during the year – at no additional cost.

The new offer applies to Microsoft and Adobe licenses purchased through Twin Cap First.
