The flat subscription offers from TwinCap First include various services. You will find more detailed information on the individual services in the following service description.
The subscription includes an unlimited number of SIP channels. The number of channels determines the number of outgoing calls that can be made simultaneously. The fair use policy applies.
The subscriptions include the respective minutes for calls from the fixed network via Teams to other networks.The first number of minutes listed represents the monthly fixed network minutes included and applies to all calls to the CH and EU fixed network (EU = Western Europe, the exact list of countries included can be found under the general information on telephony).The second number of minutes listed represents the monthly mobile minutes included and applies to all calls to the CH mobile network. Mobile network calls abroad are charged according to the tariff list. If the inclusive minutes are used up, the normal call rate according to the tariff list applies. If a subscription is activated during the course of a month (not at the beginning), the costs are billed pro rata. Calls to business, short and special numbers are subject to a charge. The subscriptions are valid for normal personal use. If usage deviates significantly from normal use or if there are indications that the connection is being used for special applications (e.g. machine-to-machine, direct dialing and permanent connections), TCF reserves the right to discontinue or restrict the provision of services at any time and/or to take other suitable measures.
Depending on the telephony subscription selected, limited Teams Telephony (PSTN telephony) support hours are included. The customer therefore has the option of placing all questions relating to Microsoft Teams Telephony (PSTN). Once the included hours for Teams Telephony (PSTN) cases have been used up, support is billed at the normal hourly rate of CHF 200 per hour (excl. VAT) per month (unless otherwise agreed) and also includes so-called mutations, which are limited in number depending on the subscription. Mutations are the activation/deactivation of telephone numbers for employees or devices. A mutation comprises a change or an employee/number.
