With the Easy Platform, we offer a centralized and intuitive configuration interface that allows you to efficiently manage and configure all your Easy products<\/a> and associated licenses. Whether you want to introduce a new product or adjust the settings for an existing product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, a handy help button is available directly on the platform. With just one click, you can access the relevant documentation, copy important information such as your tenant, or contact support directly if necessary. This means you get help exactly where you need it \u2013 quickly and easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Easy Platform has now received a comprehensive upgrade. It continues to be aimed at administrators who manage products centrally. At the same time, the platform has been expanded to include “My Easy Platform” \u2013 specifically for end users who make personal settings for their daily work. Both the Easy Platform and the My Easy Platform extension provide important documents to assist with installation and configuration. While the Easy Platform<\/a> covers general settings (for administrators), the My Easy Platform<\/a> (for end users) allows for individual customization of the TwinCap First add-ons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first thing you notice is the new look. The Easy Platform has been given a revamped design. Clear lines, structured surfaces, and intuitive user guidance ensure that you can find your way around immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigation has been simplified. Long search paths are a thing of the past. Instead, you can access your desired settings with just a few clicks. This saves time and reduces unnecessary detours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the optimized interface, you can see important functions at a glance. You don’t have to spend a long time familiarizing yourself with the platform; you can get started right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, thanks to software wizards, everything is much easier. You follow clear steps, make your selection, save \u2013 done. The platform guides you safely through the process. A particularly important step is independence from Microsoft Teams. You can now also use the Easy platform directly in your browser. In addition, it is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This allows you to use the platform on your laptop, tablet, or even smartphone \u2013 without any detours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This gives you flexibility in your everyday work. You decide which device you want to use and in which environment you want to work. Whether on the go, in your home office, or at the office: The Easy platform accompanies you everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Easy Platform: Your personal control center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the Easy platform, which, as described above, only administrators of the individual products have access to, there is now also the My Easy Platform<\/a> extension. This is for the end users of our Easy products and makes our add-ons more personal than ever before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the “My Easy Platform”, you can now centrally define your own settings for all your Easy products. This means you no longer have to adjust configurations individually, but can do them all in one place. That applies to favorites lists, e-mail templates, personal views, and settings for Microsoft Planner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This creates a personal work environment that is tailored exactly to you. Your preferences remain stored, regardless of whether you are working with Easy Calling, Easy Directory, or another product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
