This major upgrade includes both the overhaul of the Easy Platform and the introduction of our brand-new <a href=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/en\/product\/easy-calling\/\">Easy Calling<\/a> product. The extensive upgrade will be carried out from September 5 to 7, 2025. Our goal is to make our products as simple and efficient as possible. With the new upgrade, we have been able to implement many customer requests, which we are particularly pleased about!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-platform-upgrade-and-new-product-what-happens-when\">Platform upgrade and new product: What happens when?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From <strong>Friday, September 5, at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, September 7, at midnight (GMT+2)<\/strong>, we will be updating the Easy Platform to a new version. At the same time, we will also be introducing our new <a href=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/en\/product\/easy-calling\/\">Easy Calling<\/a> product. During this period, some of our systems will be unavailable. On the Easy Platform, you can manage your TwinCap First products and configure settings. With the new platform version, we are introducing a number of exciting features that will make your work easier and increase efficiency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Overview: <\/strong>We have made the platform clearer and more modern. On the homepage, you can see all the products you have licensed. With one click, you can access the settings for each product. We have also partially adapted the design of the products themselves and made them more modern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efficiency:<\/strong> In addition to the general \u201cEasy Platform,\u201d you now also have access to \u201cMy Easy Platform,\u201d where you can configure your personal settings, which are then applied across all products. For example, if you customize your email templates on \u201cMy Easy Platform,\u201d the changes will be applied to all your products. You can also find all documentation for your products on \u201cMy Easy Platform.\u201d Of course, it is still possible to configure individual products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simplicity:<\/strong> The Easy Platform is now much simpler. The settings are intuitive, and a wizard will guide you through more complex adjustments starting in September. However, Microsoft Teams must be open in the background for the products to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-and-what-can-the-easy-calling-product-do\">And what can the Easy Calling product do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Easy Calling is a simple and compact contact center for Microsoft Teams. With our new product, your hotline in Microsoft Teams will be a breeze!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-call-management-and-real-time-monitoring\">Call management and real-time monitoring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Easy Calling allows you to manage calls efficiently and flexibly. The system automatically forwards incoming calls based on availability and defined rules. Integrated queues with waiting time meters ensure fast and targeted support for callers. The live call dashboard gives you a constant overview of active calls, queues, and the current status of all agents.
