Dass grosse Upgrade beinhaltet einerseits die \u00dcberarbeitung der Easy Plattform und andererseits die Einf\u00fchrung von unserem brandneuen Produkt <a href=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/de\/produkt\/easy-calling\/\">Easy Calling<\/a>. Das umfangreiche Upgrade wird vom 5. \u2013 7. September 2025 durchgef\u00fchrt. Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Produkte m\u00f6glichst einfach und effizient zu gestalten. Mit dem neuen Upgrade konnten wir viele Kundenw\u00fcnsche umsetzen, was uns ganz besonders freut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plattform-upgrade-und-produktneuheit-was-passiert-wann\">Plattform-Upgrade und Produktneuheit: Was passiert wann?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vom <strong>Freitag, den 5. September, ab 17:00 Uhr, bis Sonntag, den 7. September bis 24.00 Uhr (GMT+2)<\/strong>, aktualisieren wir die Easy Plattform auf eine neue Version. Ausserdem f\u00fchren wir gleichzeitig unser neues Produkt <a href=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/de\/produkt\/easy-calling\/\">Easy Calling<\/a> ein. W\u00e4hrend dieses Zeitraums sind unsere Systeme teilweise nicht verf\u00fcgbar. Auf der Easy Plattform verwaltest du deine TwinCap First-Produkte und kannst Einstellungen vornehmen. Mit der neuen Plattform-Version f\u00fchren wir eine Vielzahl spannender Funktionen ein, die deine Arbeit erleichtern und die Effizienz steigern:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00dcbersicht:<\/strong> Wir haben die Plattform \u00fcbersichtlicher und moderner gestaltet. Auf der Einstiegsseite siehst du alle Produkte, die du lizenziert hast. Mit einem Klick bist du in den Einstellungen der jeweiligen Produkte. Auch in den Produkten selbst haben wir das Design teilweise angepasst und moderner gestaltet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effizienz:<\/strong> Neben der allgemeinen \u00abEasy Plattform\u00bb steht dir jetzt auch \u00abMy Easy Plattform\u00bb zur Verf\u00fcgung \u2013 dort kannst du deine ganz pers\u00f6nlichen Einstellungen vornehmen (Personal Settings), welche dann produkt\u00fcbergreifend \u00fcbernommen werden. Wenn du zum Beispiel deine E-Mail-Templates auf \u00abMy Easy Plattform\u00bb anpasst, werden die \u00c4nderungen in allen deinen Produkten \u00fcbernommen. Auch alle Dokumentationen zu deinen Produkten findest du auf der \u00abMy Easy Plattform\u00bb. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist es auch weiterhin m\u00f6glich, nur einzelne Produkte zu konfigurieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Einfachheit:<\/strong> Die Easy Plattform wird ab sofort sehr viel einfacher. Die Einstellungen sind intuitiv, durch komplexere Anpassungen f\u00fchrt dich ab September ein Wizard. Sie funktionieren dann auch im Browser und als \u00abProgressiv Web App\u00bb. Du kannst die Produkte dann also auch losgel\u00f6st von Microsoft Teams nutzen, zum Beispiel auf einem zweiten Bildschirm. Microsoft Teams muss jedoch im Hintergrund offen sein, damit die Produkte funktionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-und-was-kann-das-produkt-easy-calling\">Und was kann das Produkt Easy Calling?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Easy Calling ist ein einfaches und kompaktes Contact Center f\u00fcr Microsoft Teams.
