Die Easy Console wurde in den vergangenen Monaten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt Management von Microsoft entwickelt. Jetzt wird die App von Microsoft als Showcase App auf der <a href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseconnect.com\/\">Enterprise Connect 2025<\/a> (17. M\u00e4rz 2025 &#8211; 20. M\u00e4rz 2025) dem Messepublikum vorgestellt. Auch kann der Benutzer individuelle Verf\u00fcgbarkeits-Ansichten erstellen. Diese Funktion erm\u00f6glicht es, interne Mitarbeitende (Entra ID User) in \u00fcbersichtlichen Ansichten und Favoriten zu gruppieren. So dass der Benutzer sofort sieht, wer verf\u00fcgbar oder besetzt ist. Dies sorgt f\u00fcr eine reibungslose interne Kommunikation und vereinfachte Zusammenarbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit nur einem Klick k\u00f6nnen Anrufe gestartet, Chats ge\u00f6ffnet oder E-Mails verschickt werden, um beispielsweise einen R\u00fcckrufwunsch mitzuteilen. Dabei stehen Variablen wie Anrufnummer, Name des Empf\u00e4ngers, Zeit und Datum des Anrufs zur Verf\u00fcgung, die automatisch in die E-Mail eingef\u00fcgt werden k\u00f6nnen.
