{"id":45565,"date":"2019-06-05T08:32:52","date_gmt":"2019-06-05T06:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/blog\/microsoft-teams-busy-on-busy\/"},"modified":"2024-10-23T20:42:37","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T18:42:37","slug":"microsoft-teams-busy-on-busy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/de\/blog\/microsoft-teams-busy-on-busy\/","title":{"rendered":"Microsoft Teams: Busy on Busy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-microsoft-teams-busy-on-busy-erklart\">Microsoft Teams: Busy on Busy erkl\u00e4rt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft Teams: Busy on Busy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abKnock Knock.\u00bb<br>\u00abWho\u2019s there?\u00bb<br>\u00abBusy.\u00bb<br>\u00abBusy who?\u00bb<br>\u00abBusy On Busy.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-busy-on-busy\">Busy on Busy:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich w\u00fcrde jetzt mal pauschal sagen, dass die Leute es generell m\u00f6gen, wenn man anklopft. Das muss aber bei der Telefonie nicht unbedingt der Fall sein. Hier scheinen sich die Geister zu scheiden. Die einen m\u00f6gen das \u00abAnklopfen\u00bb feature, andere \u00fcberhaupt nicht. Und wer jetzt nur Bahnhof versteht, dem werde ich gleich erkl\u00e4ren, was ich damit meine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abAnklopfen\u00bb bedeutet in der Telefonie Welt, dass wenn sich jemand bereits in einem Gespr\u00e4ch befindet, ein zweiter Anrufer anklopfen kann. Diejenige Person, welche bereits in einem aktiven Gespr\u00e4ch ist, kann sich dann entscheiden, den zweiten Anruf anzunehmen und das aktuelle Gegen\u00fcber auf halten zu setzen oder den neuen Anrufer abzuweisen. Ein Besetzt-Zeichen h\u00f6rt der zweite Anrufer in diesem Fall nicht. Er weiss nicht, dass sich die Person, welcher er anrufen wollte, besetzt war. Ein Feature welches standardm\u00e4ssig auf vielen Telefonen wie etwa dem iPhone aktiviert ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei Skype for Business hat man dieses Feature lange vermisst, bis es dann schlussendlich doch noch im kumulativen Update vom Juli 2016 nachgereicht wurde. Doch\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.skype.com\/de\/faq\/FA34551\/was-ist-der-unterschied-zwischen-skype-microsoft-teams-und-skype-for-business#:~:text=Mit%20Skype%20for%20Business%20k%C3%B6nnen,Teams%20ersetzt%20Skype%20for%20Business.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Skype for Business Online<\/a>\u00a0Nutzer wurden aussen vorgelassen und konnten nicht von diesem \u00abneuen\u00bb Feature Gebrauch machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier setzt daf\u00fcr Teams ein klares Zeichen. Microsoft meint es ernst mit&nbsp;Direct Routing und liefert nach. <a href=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/de\/blog\/was-braucht-es-fuer-teams-direct-routing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anmerkung zu den Anforderungen<\/a> f\u00fcr die Teams-Telefonie. Es kommen st\u00e4ndig neue Telefonie Features und PBX Leistungsmerkmale. Seit gut einem Monat ist BusyOnBusy \u2013 also das Besetzt-Zeichen f\u00fcr Teams Direct Routing Benutzer verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anfangs konnte das Feature nur \u00fcber PowerShell aktiviert werden. Mittlerweile l\u00e4sst sich das Feature aber auch bequem \u00fcber das Teams Admin Center (TAC) konfigurieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/1-globalcallingpolicy.webp\" alt=\"Microsoft Teams: Busy on Busy\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Busy on busy wird prinzipiell \u00fcber eine Teams Calling Policy (Anruf Richtlinie) gesteuert, dazu gibt es die sogenannte \u00abGlobal\u00bb Policy welche standardm\u00e4ssig allen Benutzer zugewiesen ist. Wer Busy on busy f\u00fcr alle seine Mitarbeiter aktivieren will, passt einfach die Globale Calling Policy an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doch wie bereits am Anfang erw\u00e4hnt wurde, kann es durch aus sein, das gewisse Mitarbeiter lieber kein Besetzt-Zeichen senden, sondern einen zweiten Anruf lieber entgegennehmen wollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn dies der Fall ist, erstellt man am besten eine neue, benutzerdefinierte Calling Policy, aktiviert dort anstelle der Global Policy das Busy on busy Feature und weist die Policy dann allen Benutzern zu, welche gerne nur einen Anruf aufs Mal erhalten wollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ist das Feature einmal aktiviert, wird w\u00e4hrend einem aktiven Anruf kein zweiter mehr signalisiert und dem zweiten Anrufer ein Besetzt-Zeichen ausgegeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie es scheint, war Microsoft nicht nur mit der Implementierung des Besetzt-Zeichens besch\u00e4ftigt, denn Sie haben auch gleich eine neue Version der Auto Attendants (Automatische Telefonzentralen) und Call Queues (Anrufwarteschlaufen) ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damit ist es nun endlich m\u00f6glich, seine eigenen Direct Routing Nummern welche sich im SIP Trunk beim Provider befinden einem Auto Attendant oder einer Call Queue zuzuordnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei Auto Attendants und Call Queues handelt es sich um sogenannte \u00abVoice Apps\u00bb welche typischerweise dazu dienen \u00d6ffnungszeiten, Feiertage, Anrufsteuerungen, Ring Rufe etc. f\u00fcr Haupt- oder Support\/Service Nummern abzubilden. Somit m\u00fcssen Sie ab sofort nicht mehr auf eine durch Microsoft bezogene Leistungsnummer zur\u00fcckgreifen oder Ihre eigene Hauptnummer auf eine solche Nummer umleiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/2-resourceaccounts.webp\" alt=\"Microsoft Teams: Busy on Busy\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zudem gibt es neu auch noch eine zentrale Feiertagsliste. Anstelle, dass alle Feiertage pro Auto Attendant separat erfasst werden mussten, k\u00f6nnen die Feiertage nun ein Mal unter \u00abOrg-wide Settings\u00bb erstellt und anschliessend von allen Auto Attendants benutzt werden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt w\u00e4re, dass man pro Feiertag eine individuelle Audio Ansage mit den entsprechenden \u00d6ffnungszeiten hinterlegen kann. Ein Feature welches selbst noch lange nicht alle etablierten Cloud-PBX Systeme bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/3-Holidays.webp\" alt=\"Microsoft Teams: Busy on Busy\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Sie Ihre \u00d6ffnungszeiten und Feiertage \u00fcber Auffahrt noch nicht automatisiert \u00fcber einen Auto Attendant gesteuert hatten, dann ist es h\u00f6chste Zeit sich \u00fcber eine Telefonie L\u00f6sung mit Microsoft Teams Gedanken zu machen.
