Kontakt mit Mail Adresse) oder Microsoft <a href=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/de\/blog\/was-braucht-es-fuer-teams-direct-routing\/\">Teams <\/a>(Telefonnummern) nutzen? Kein Problem \u2013 der TwinCap Kontakt Synch synchronisiert alle Ihre Daten (nach Ihren W\u00fcnschen) mit Office 365 und somit sind alle Kontaktdaten in der entsprechenden Client Applikationen nutzbar (siehe Abschnitt zum Thema Lizenzen f\u00fcr Details was ben\u00f6tigt wird).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hohe-flexibilitat-made-in-switzerland\">Hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t &#8211; made in Switzerland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit dem TwinCap Kontakt Synch bieten wir Ihnen eine hochflexible L\u00f6sung, wie Sie Ihre Kontaktdaten mit Office 365 synchronisieren k\u00f6nnen. Durch die Synchronisation sind diese Daten in allen Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Teams, Skype etc.) verf\u00fcgbar, dies sowohl innerhalb der Desktop Anwendungen wie auch in den mobilen Apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kann ich bestimmen, welche Benutzer welche Kontaktdaten bekommt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ja, Sie bestimmen anhand von dynamischen oder statischen Gruppen, welche Benutzer welche Kontaktdaten erhalten sollen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Braucht es einen Benutzer (Service Account) welcher ein Login mit Password und Rechte haben muss?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es wird kein Account und damit auch kein direktes Passwort ben\u00f6tigt. Die Synchronisation erfolgt mit modernen Azure Apps, welche mit Keys arbeiten. Die Berechtigung ist minimiert auf die entsprechenden Bed\u00fcrfnisse (Leserechte auf die minimalen Benutzer Attribute mit Gruppen Abfrage, Schreibrechte auf die Kontakt Objekte aller Benutzer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Werden entsprechende Lizenzen daf\u00fcr ben\u00f6tigt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der TwinCap Kontakt SynchKontakt Synch synchronisiert in die Outlook Kontakte jedes Benutzers und funktioniert mit jeder M365\/O365 Lizenz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Um Kontakte von Outlook in Teams (Calling Tab) zu synchronisieren, ben\u00f6tigt es Teams Direct routing, respektive Enterprise Lizenzen (E1 \/ E3 + Phone System oder E5). SQL \/ Oracle DB, Azure AD, CSV, XML, TXT usw.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es wird ein direkte Zugang \u00fcbers Internet ben\u00f6tigt um auf ihre Daten zuzugreifen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direkte Abfragen auf Datenbanken (SQL\/Oracle etc.) erh\u00f6hen die Flexibilit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wo l\u00e4uft die Synchronisation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Synchronisation l\u00e4uft auf einem TwinCap First Azure Rechner auf Microsoft Azure (Holland\/EU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Zugang an die Source Daten muss durch den Kunden gew\u00e4hrleistet sein (Firewall \/ SQL Queries etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Zugang an die Mailboxen erfolgt direkt via Office 365 Graph API<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kann ich meine Daten auch mit einer OnPrem Exchange Installation synchronisieren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dies ist leider nicht m\u00f6glich. Es k\u00f6nnen nur Mailboxen synchronisiert werden, die innerhalb von Office 365 sind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betreiben Sie eine hybride Installation, so k\u00f6nnen alle Mailboxen synchronisiert werden, welche sich auf Office 365 befinden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kann ich die Kontakt Daten auch auf dem Mac benutzen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sie k\u00f6nnen die synchronisierten Daten sowohl auf Windows, Mac wie auch Linux benutzen. Am einfachsten erfolgt dies mit den Microsoft Client Applikationen Outlook und Teams. Die Nutzung ist jedoch auch mit Standard ActiveSync Clients m\u00f6glich<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe keine CRM-Datenbank, m\u00f6chte aber alle Benutzer innerhalb der AD als Kontakte synchronisieren, ist dies m\u00f6glich?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dies ist vollumf\u00e4nglich m\u00f6glich. Da die Kontaktdaten (Telefonnummer, Adressen, Mail usw.) jedoch von der Azure AD und nicht von einer DB ausgelesen werden m\u00fcssen, bedarf die Synchronisation zus\u00e4tzlicher Rechte. Diese erweiterten Rechte werden auch auf der Azure App zugewiesen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-synch-gruppensteuerung\"> Synch Gruppensteuerung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich m\u00f6chte, dass einzelne Abteilungen unterschiedliche Daten synchronisiert bekommen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diese Anforderung ist im Design schon fix implementiert. Die Steuerung erfolgt durch Gruppen Mitgliedschaften und kann vollumf\u00e4nglich und autonom von Ihnen vorgenommen werden. Am effizientesten benutzt man sogenannte dynamische Gruppen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie sagen die Steuerung erfolgt durch Gruppen \u2013 wie m\u00fcssen diese heissen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Namensgebung der Gruppen obliegt komplett ihrer Wahl. Sie definieren den \u2018Trigger\u2019 und die Logik der Synchronisationsgruppen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was, wen ein Benutzer Mitglied ist von mehr als einer Gruppe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ist ein Benutzer Mitglied von mehr als einer Gruppe, so werden die Kontakte von allen zugeh\u00f6rigen Gruppen synchronisiert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie sieht die Synchronisation f\u00fcr den Benutzer aus?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Benutzer sieht innerhalb seines \u2018Kontakt\u2019 Folders im Office365\/Outlook alle synchronisierten Kontakte als ganz normale Kontakte. S\u00e4mtliche synchronisierten Kontakte haben zus\u00e4tzlich eine Kategorie \u2018ContactSync\u2019 als Identifikationsmerkmal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Werden bestehende Kontakte bei den Benutzern gel\u00f6scht oder \u00fcberschrieben?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pers\u00f6nliche Benutzerkontakte werden weder gel\u00f6scht noch \u00fcberschrieben. Es werden nur diejenigen Kontakte mit der Kategorie \u00abContactSync\u00bb mutiert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zudem bieten wir auch die M\u00f6glichkeit auf Kundenw\u00fcnsche einzugehen, z.B. eine two-way (multi master) Synchronisation oder spezielle &#8222;Kontaktfelder&#8220;, k\u00f6nnen auf Wunsch eingebaut werden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kosten-der-losung\">Kosten der L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie sieht es mit den Kosten aus?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prim\u00e4r muss zwischen der &#8222;Erstinstallation\/-Konfiguration&#8220; und den laufenden Kosten unterschieden werden. Die initiale Konfiguration h\u00e4ngt davon ab, welche Quellen und welche Komplexit\u00e4t vorliegt und welche &#8222;speziellen&#8220; W\u00fcnsche Sie haben und muss daher individuell offeriert werden. Die laufenden Kosten richten sich nach der Anzahl der Benutzer, welche synchronisiert werden.
