Dabei gibt es of ein langes hin und her mit zahlreichen E-Mails und Telefongespr\u00e4chen bis der Termin steht. Es gibt jedoch ein praktisches Outlook Add-In, welches in Doodle-Manier, zwischen mehreren Teilnehmern, das n\u00e4chste Meeting in einen Kalendereintrag umwandelt. Kleiner Exkurs: <a href=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/de\/blog\/microsoft-bookings-individualisierung\/\">Auch eine coole L\u00f6sung ist Microsoft Bookings, diese eignet sich gut f\u00fcr 1:1 Meetings<\/a> und hilft rasch Termine mit Einzelpersonen zu finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aber zur\u00fcck zu Findtime &#8211; die Idee an sich ist nichts neues und aussergew\u00f6hnliches. Mit Findtime erh\u00e4lst du aber eine schlaue L\u00f6sung aus einer Hand. Du musst somit keine Links generieren oder sonstige Zusatzschritte ausserhalb von Outlook t\u00e4tigen. Im Gegensatz zu Doodle bucht Findtime auch gleich alle &#8222;geplanten\/vorgeschlagenen&#8220; Termine in deinen Kalender mit und erspart dir somit das m\u00fchsame &#8222;blockieren&#8220; von Terminen von Hand. Umgekehrt werden die provisorischen Termine nat\u00fcrlich auch gel\u00f6scht wenn der Termin fixiert wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-findtime-das-doodle-fur-outlook-so-funktionierts\">Findtime &#8211; Das Doodle f\u00fcr Outlook &#8211; so funktionierts!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neue E-Mail Nachricht \u00f6ffnen, die gew\u00fcnschten Teilnehmer erfassen und Findtime Plug-In aufrufen. Auf der rechten Seite erscheint danach eine Liste, welche je nach Dauer des Termins, die passenden Zeiten aus deinem Kalender ausliest und f\u00fcr die Wahl vorschl\u00e4gt. Hat man die gew\u00fcnschten Termine ausgew\u00e4hlt, f\u00fcgt man den Inhalt als Einladungskarte ein und sendet das Mail ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Findtime1-1.webp\" alt=\"Findtime - Das Doodle f\u00fcr Outlook\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ausgew\u00e4hlten Empf\u00e4nger erhalten ein Mail und k\u00f6nnen nun abstimmen, welcher Termin f\u00fcr sie am besten passt. Danach wird ein automatisches Mail an den Organisator gesendet, welcher den Vorschlag der passenden Termine sieht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Findtime3.webp\" alt=\"Findtime - Das Doodle f\u00fcr Outlook\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Organisator zur\u00fcck: Dieser erh\u00e4lt das Ergebnis seiner Terminumfrage und kann mit dem Schedule Button den gew\u00fcnschten Termin im Kalender eintragen. Gleichzeitig wird allen Teilnehmern eine Termineinladung gesendet, bei der auch ein Link f\u00fcr ein Teams Meeting mitgesendet werden kann. Finito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wer als Organisator nicht selbst den Termin w\u00e4hlen m\u00f6chte, kann dies auch Findtime \u00fcberlassen (via Option beim Erstellen der Einladung anw\u00e4hlbar), d.h. beim ersten Termin der allen passt, schickt Findtime dann automatisch einen Termin raus an alle Teilnehmer. Einladungen k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrlich auch ge\u00e4ndert werden. Sprich Personen hinzuf\u00fcgen\/entfernen oder Termine hinzuf\u00fcgen\/l\u00f6schen. Diese Optionen k\u00f6nnen zu Beginn der Terminerstellung im Findtime Add-In hinterlegt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Findtime4.webp\" alt=\"Findtime - Das Doodle f\u00fcr Outlook\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-poll-settings\">Poll Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die beiden Optionen &#8222;Schedule when attendees reach consensus&#8220; und &#8222;Hold selected times on my calendar&#8220; sind besonders praktisch f\u00fcr Teilnehmer, die einen hohen Verkehr von Termineintr\u00e4gen in Ihrem Kalender pflegen. FindTime ber\u00fccksichtigt somit die freien Slots der betroffenen Teilnehmer und sendet den Termin automatisch raus. Zudem werden die ausgew\u00e4hlten Termine im Kalender festgehalten, sofern die Hold Selected Times Funktion aktiviert ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/twincapfirst.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FindTime5.webp\" alt=\"Findtime - Das Doodle f\u00fcr Outlook\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-muss-ich-darauf-achten-wem-ich-die-einladungen-sende\">Muss ich darauf achten, wem ich die Einladungen sende?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nein, nur der Organisator ben\u00f6tigt das Plug-In und somit Office 365. Bei allen weiteren Teilnehmern spielt es keine Rolle, ob Extern oder \u00fcberhaupt Outlook bzw. Office 365 Nutzer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-komme-ich-an-das-add-in\">Wie komme ich an das Add In?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outlook starten, Add-In Verwaltung aufrufen, nach \u201cFindtime\u201d suchen und Plug-In adden. Es ist v\u00f6llig egal, ob man das Outlook App oder die Webversion nutzt.
