Dies erfolgt \u00fcber sogenannte Cards. \u00dcber Buttons k\u00f6nnen verschiedene Aktionen ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Dabei wird bei eingehenden Anrufen eine Anrufer-Erkennung mittels Search.ch oder Ihrer eigenen Datenquelle (zum Beispiel ein ERP\/CRM oder eine andere Quelle) durchgef\u00fchrt. Nummern von Anrufern deren Anrufe verpasst wurden, k\u00f6nnen auch bei Easy Call Report via Search.ch ermittelt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf Wunsch k\u00f6nnen wir die L\u00f6sung auch f\u00fcr Sie individualisieren und anpassen. On the card, you can use custom buttons to perform various actions.
